Stand Upright Rebooted Boss NPCs and enemy locations

Bosses in Stand Upright Rebooted are named JoJo NPCs that either give quests or serve as dungeon targets. This page documents what community sources have verified: the HP values, map locations, and confirmed drop tables. If a boss is not on this list, we have not found two independent sources confirming the numbers. The video in the middle is the full boss walkthrough from Namelessnerd112, showing NPC spawn points across the 2026 map.

How bosses work

Boss NPCs spawn at fixed map locations. Some give quests (see the quest guide); others are dungeon targets you enter through level-gated doors. Bosses have a respawn timer after death — if the room is empty when they respawn, you can run them again. Private servers typically have independent timers.

The September 2026 huge update did not change the boss roster as of this writing. We update this page when Trello or Discord confirms new names.

Heaven Ascended Jotaro (HA Jotaro)

The most important boss for progression. Located in the Inner Sanctum, which requires level 90+ to enter. He spawns every 20 minutes on public servers and 30 minutes on private servers. He has 6000 HP.

Drops:

• Cursed Orb — Used in evolution recipes
• Dio’s Diary — Over Heaven evolution item
• Ultimate Diary — Made in Heaven and Over Heaven evolution
• Ultimate Orb — Diego The World evolution (1/400 chance after 30 min Sanctum)

The Ultimate Orb drop is approximately 1/400 after the Inner Sanctum has been open for 30 minutes. This is why players sit in Sanctum — the orb chance only starts counting after the 30-minute mark.

Not all bosses are on the open map. Some require entering a dungeon door at specific levels:

Dungeon farming with The Hand Requiem is the community standard for efficient Charged Arrow farming at the 275 level gate.

Boss tips

• Summon your Stand with Q before entering boss rooms
• Pilot Stands (Hierophant Green, Silver Chariot Requiem) help you reach doors but do not always clear rooms
• Check Trello for confirmed timers after patches
• Private servers have independent spawn timers — useful for farming Ultimate Diary
