Stand Upright Rebooted Stand Arrow and Charged Arrow rates

This page is the click-the-arrow table for Stand Upright Rebooted. It does not tell you when the arrow spawns (that is item spawn timers) and it does not tell you whether the kit is S-tier (that is stand rankings). It tells you the percentage attached to the name when a Stand Arrow or a Charged Arrow resolves. Figures follow the Fandom Stands page. This is a September 2026 snapshot, not a live API. If the 6 September huge update rewrote the table, confirm on Trello before you treat 0.05% as gospel.

Attribute rolls on top of these names. A 7.5% Sticky Fingers with Legendary is rarer than the name implies. A 0.05% Star Platinum OVA with None is still an OVA. Read attribute rankings before you fruit anything in the sub-1% band.

The 7.5% band is your early game. Hierophant Green is the PVE pilot you actually want from that band; Cream is the one you fruit unless the attribute is Godly or better. The 5% band is still common: Aerosmith is another pilot, Crazy Diamond is D-tier PvP, The Hand is a B-tier project because The Hand Requiem exists. Whitesnake at 2.5% is the Made in Heaven parent; keep it even with a mediocre attribute if you do not already have C-Moon. D4C, Gold Experience, and King Crimson at 1% are the Requiem / Saints Body / GER projects.

Never Rokakaka Jotaro’s Star Platinum (0.1%) or Star Platinum OVA (0.05%) because “the attribute is only Strong.” Those names are the trading ceiling before Over Heaven. The World OVA at 0.3% and Silver Chariot OVA at 0.5% are the same rule. Premier Macho at 0.55% looks rarer than it plays; the stand list still parks it in B.

Stand Arrow does not roll Dio’s The World, Tusk Act 1, The World: Alternative Universe, Sol Spirit, or Obscura. Those sit on Charged Arrow. It also does not roll Headless The World, Festive The World, Snowglobe Made in Heaven, Putrid Whine, or any Requiem / Over Heaven / Love Train form. Those are items, events, or fruit surprises. Charged Arrow is a different bag, not a “luckier Stand Arrow.” Crazy Diamond and Silver Chariot jump to 15%. The 7.5% Cream / Sticky / Killer Queen-as-common pattern is gone. Whitesnake is 4.9% here versus 2.5% on a normal arrow, which is why Charged is the MIH-hunt tool if you can live with the ~10% per minute spawn. TWAU at 2% is the Diego The World parent (Ultimate Orb). Dio’s The World at 0.1% is an S-tier name from this bag only. Sol Spirit and Obscura at 0.015% are trophy rolls; do not plan a build around them.

Other obtain paths that are not either arrow: Putrid Whine is 0.1% from Rokakaka fruit. Kars is a Kars Mask. Anubis is an Anubis Mask. Requiem, Over Heaven, C-Moon, Love Train, and Diego The World are item evolutions. Halloween Headless is a Sinister Pumpkin. Odds for those items are clocks, not percentages, except the Ultimate Orb’s 1/400 on HA Jotaro. Use the item spawn list and how to get stands.

When you have the name, rank it on the Tier List Hub and check the attribute before you decide it is a brick. A 15% Charged Crazy Diamond with Scourge is a keeper. A 0.1% Dio’s The World with Tragic is a fruit you will hate pressing.
