Stand Upright Rebooted Trello

The official Stand Upright Trello is the closest thing Zai-Studios: SUR publishes to a design document. The board lives at https://trello.com/b/qEOzAfev/stand-upright-trello (short id qEOzAfev). You do not need a Trello account to read it. This page explains what the columns are for, where they go stale, and how to pair them with wiki routes instead of treating every card as patch-perfect.

Zaixoz’s experience (place 8540168650) has shipped since 14 January 2022. Cards have been added, renamed, and left behind. After a huge update, believe a live 14-player server and a Discord shout before you believe a card that still lists an NPC who moved.

What the board actually covers

Community indexes of this Trello keep finding the same clusters. Names vary as columns get shuffled, but you should be able to locate:

• Controls — M for stand stats, Q to summon, P to pose, LMB punch, RMB power punch, Ctrl run, Alt/4 dash, G block, L menus. The readable version on this wiki is controls.
• Maps / locations — Central Town, Inner Sanctum, stand storage, SWAT merchant, Mud Stain, D4C dimension access, sewers for umbrella work. Use these names when a quest text is vague.
• NPCs, shops, hostile NPCs, bosses — Giorno through later bosses, William and Willy for arrows and fruit, SWAT for ketchup, Tobie for expensive late items, Hamon and Spin sellers, dummy targets.
• Items — Stand Arrow, charged/unusual arrow, rokakaka, ketchup, Stone Mask, Green Baby, Dio Diary, Requiem Arrow, Saints Body, Cursed Orbs, Ultimate Diary. Timers belong on item spawns as well as the card.
• Stands and attributes — canon, non-canon, shinies, evolved, custom; attribute rows from None through Legendary. Cross-check stand tier list, attributes, arrow stands, evolved stands.
• Specs / secondaries — Vampire, Hamon, Spin, and related masks. Wiki: specs.
• Quests, trading notes, PvP comments, Q&A — useful, often the most outdated block after a combat patch.

If a card and this wiki disagree on a percentage, we will prefer live testing and staff messages. Trello is a board, not a versioned git repo.

How to read cards without getting lost

Open the board, skip the decorative header lists, and search. Trello search is faster than scrolling twenty columns of Stand portraits. Search SWAT, rokakaka, Green Baby, or a Stand name. Open the card, read the description, then check the comment tail for “this is wrong after x update” notes from players. Those comments are not official, but they are often the only timestamp you will get.

Spawn tables on the board have historically looked like: rokakaka and Stand Arrow on a ~1:00-1:20 cycle, ketchup on a short cycle with a low chance, Stone Mask on a long cycle, Green Baby around 16 minutes, diaries and Requiem Arrow on half-hour-plus cycles. Treat every number as “order of magnitude” until you time it yourself after a patch. The item spawn tool exists so we can keep a cleaner table than a crowded card.

Control cards are stable compared with boss HP cards. M and Q have meant the same things for years. Boss HP has not. Do not plan a lair around an HP number from 2023.

The board lags. Plan for that.

MrGuider and other indexes warn that the official Trello can take days or weeks to reflect a live change. That is normal for a volunteer-shaped board on a game that suddenly ships a huge update. Symptoms:

• A shop price that William no longer charges.
• A quest NPC listed at the wrong level gate.
• An evolution item that moved from world spawn to a boss drop (or the reverse).
• Missing rows for whatever the Easter 2026 patch added.

When that happens, check the changelog, ask in Discord, then play. Do not stop a leveling session because a leftover Trello card still marks a live feature as unfinished. The game itself has been released since 2022.
